Gender equality index
For the year 2025, the gender equality index is impossible to calculate.
This score is calculated based on four indicators:
- Regarding equal pay, the score is incalculable because the number of valid groups is less than 40% of the total workforce.
- Regarding the difference in individual raise rates between women and men, the score obtained is 35/35.
- The percentage of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave is 0.
- There are no women among the ten highest earners.
